Steven Murray

Co-owner / General Manager

Steven has spent 20 years working in a variety of positions. Steven is married to his lovely wife Nicole who practices law at Wilson and Associates in Little Rock. From upper management to outdoor education programs, he remains focused on helping others. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University and deep passion for travel. His travels have taken him to Europe, Australia, Central America, and he is currently working on seeing all 50 states (12 more to go). Steven enjoys living in Hot Springs Village, where he and his wife spend as much time as possible playing golf, walking on Balboa Beach, and watching the Razorbacks. Nicole Murray

Sales Specialist | Legal Consultant

Nicole Murray is an attorney in the Foreclosure Department of Wilson & Associates, PLLC. She earned her B.A. in Educational Studies at Warner University (2010, Magna Cum Laude), and earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (2017, Suma Cum Laude). She was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2017 and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. 

Nicole is part owner and works weekends at Southern Floor Co as a Design Specialist.

Nicole’s favorite flooring is tile.

Clint Edrington

Co-Owner

Clint brings his experience of construction building, product knowledge, and business management to the proverbial table, ensuring that Southern Floor Co. & Interiors provides the latest quality products, and all installations are performed by licensed professionals.

He and his wife, Leana, also own CLE Homes, LLC, constructing new homes across the state. Clint and Leana have deep roots in Arkansas and strive to provide quality experiences without breaking your bank. Clint has his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas and is an avid fisherman. 

Clint’s favorite flooring is hardwood.

Wendy Gkapella

Office Director

Wendy has 15+ years of office management experience combined with accounting, data entry, customer service, and problem solving. Her hobbies include reading, movies, motorcycle riding, hiking, exploring new towns, whatever her son drags her into along with being a grandparent. 

Wendy’s favorite flooring is plush, soft carpets that have color.

Stephanie Rowe

Sales Assistant

Stephanie was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia. She moved to HSV in 2017 and worked in the veterinary field for almost 12 years. In December 2019, she decided to make a switch into the flooring industry and become part of the team here at Southern Floor Co. 

In Stephanie’s spare time, she is usually on the go with her son running from one extracurricular activity to another: cheering him on in basketball, football, and baseball or advancing in Scouts.

Stephanie’s favorite flooring is tile.

Tom Baker

Tom had been in the restoration industry for 27 years before coming to Southern Floor Co. His background in the flooring and construction field offers benefits to our clients.

He is married to Marie, his best friend. Tom enjoys football and Nascar. His biggest joy comes from helping people in their time of need. He never meets a stranger and has a strong passion to succeed.

Tom’s favorite flooring is luxury vinyl plank.
