- High School Diploma/GED
- Pass random drug testing
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills and general organization
- Positive previous employer references
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Experience with residential and commercial floor plan measuring
- Ability to write customer estimates in a timely manner
- 5+ Years in the Flooring/Contracting industry (10+ years preferred)
- Flooring product knowledge
- Contractor connections (preferred)
