UPON WHICH AN AMICABLE UNDERSTANDING CANNOT BE REACHED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS SHALL BE SETTLED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A SINGLE ARBITRATOR, IN GARLAND COUNTY, ARKANSAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ARKANSAS, WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICT OF LAWS. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE SELECTED BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES, EXCEPT THAT SUCH ARBITRATOR SHALL BE AN ATTORNEY ADMITTED TO PRACTICE LAW IN ARKANSAS.

Governing Law

You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of this site and with this Privacy Policy, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and the United States of America, and you agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in Garland County, Arkansas, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
