Our process is as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4!
From flooring to kitchen backsplashes to custom bathrooms, we work with you via phone, video call, or in one of our design centers to understand and fulfill your desire. Product samples are offered for a take-with-you evaluation or delivered by a design specialist to assist you in the selection of the perfect materials for your business or home.
Once all products are selected: Carpet, hardwood, LVP, laminate, tile, kitchen backsplashes, artificial turf, or a combination, you will meet with one of our talented installation specialists at the project site.
Questions are asked on both sides to make sure each party fully understands the project.
Southern Floor Company will provide you with a clear product proposal including pricing, timelines, and payment options.
Once approved by you, we will order all the materials needed to complete your project and schedule installation dates.
We will install your materials utilizing all safety precautions possible; your well-being matters to Southern Floor Company. And, since you will have met your installer during Step 2, you can be at ease as he/she works in your home or business.
Once the installation is finished, your install specialist will walk through the completed project with you to ensure all goals have been met.
